Billing questions
How do I cancel?
From the subscription screen in the app, at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and the plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free?
Nothing is deleted immediately. Devices beyond the Free limit stop being managed, and history beyond 7 days is hidden rather than erased, so re-subscribing restores the full view.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — see the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the exact terms and the window. If a subscription was bought through the App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, and we will point you to the right place.
